1. Introduction
Welcome to NFTBusts. These Terms and Conditions govern your
use of our upcoming website and the purchase of products offered on our
platform. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be

2. Products
All products available through NFTBusts are custom-made
busts inspired by NFTs. We do not sell NFTs. Our products are unique artworks
inspired by these NFTs. Due to the custom nature of our products, there might
be slight variations in design, color, and size.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change
prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment
We accept cryptocurrency payments, including AVAX and ETH.
We will also be introducing PayPal as a payment method soon. All transactions
are secure.
5. Production & Delivery
Creating a custom bust requires approximately 5 days for
design and printing, followed by an additional 3-4 days for painting. After
production, shipment takes about 2 weeks, depending on the destination.
6. Refund Policy
Review of 3D Design:
After placing an order, we'll create a 3D design file
for your review. If unsatisfied, you can request a full refund before
printing.
Post-Printing Refund:
If you approve the design but are unsatisfied with the final
product, you can request a refund within 14 days of the product's arrival,
minus a $40 fee. You must return the product to us and will retain the 3D
design file.
Damaged Product or Errors:
For products arriving damaged or errors on our
part, contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
7. User Account & Communication
To order from NFTBusts, users must create an account. This
facilitates communication and ensures we meet your design expectations.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important. We respect your personal
information, using it only to enhance your experience and communicate regarding
